Vacancy Description
We have a unique opportunity for two Non-Executive Director (NED) positions to represent the Trust locally, regionally and nationally in delivering a system that will have a fundamental impact on improving the health and lives of people in the areas we serve.
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a dynamic, forward-thinking and successful organisation serving the communities of Leeds and more widely in the Yorkshire and the Humber region, providing some specialist services nationally. We provide the best services we can for our service users and carers, including working in partnership across organisational boundaries at a local level and within Integrated Care Systems.
The Trust is working towards exceptional standards of care across the populations we serve. It is working in close partnership with health and care partners across the cities of Leeds and York, the Yorkshire and the Humber regions, and with partners in a wider geographical area where appropriate. The Trust is part of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Partnership. It has strong links to the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Partnership. These partnerships bring NHS and Council organisations together to improve health and care for people living in these areas. Working in partnership supports the Trust in achieving its vision to provide outstanding mental health, autism and learning disability services as an employer of choice.
Given the impact and importance of the Trust’s responsibility within the integrated care system, this is an exciting time for working together. We have a unique opportunity for two Non-Executive Director (NED) positions (one of which will initially commence as an Associate NED) to represent the Trust locally, regionally and nationally in delivering a system that will have a fundamental impact on improving the health and lives of people in the areas we serve.
